The serial number is a combination of numbers and / or letters that identify the equipment. It is a unique, singular number, used for identification purposes. Each Ferneto device has a unique number.
The use of the serial number allows us to quickly identify the equipment, using our data systems, providing multiple information, which facilitate technical assistance services, replacement of parts and accessories, quality control, purchase data and others. This number is unchangeable.
WHERE CAN WE FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER?
On Ferneto devices, you can find the serial number on the registration plate. The number plate is a gray sticker that is placed on the rear right side of the device.
On the registration plate, in addition to the serial number, we can find the equipment model, the voltage, frequency, power, weight and year / month of production.
