For dough with levels of hydration starting from 45%, low, medium or high gluten flours, the AxR stands for intensive labour. The construction eases the unloading of dough - a powerful and resistant lifting kneader.
Built in 80, 100 and 150Kg of flour capacities, with discharge at 1400 and 1800mm height, the AxR are also available in standard painted and stainless steel versions.
