The DLF is an industrial solution that allows dosing creams, of liquid consistency in pastry products, such as the filling of the custard tart.
Even if independent, the DLF Liquid cream dispenser usually works with the LMM pie and tart lines, complementing its processes through the addition of the filling.
The Ferneto DLF is available with 5 or 20 nozzles, each with a maximum dosing capacity of 110ml and a hopper with a maximum capacity of 45 liters.
