The FVF, originally a baguette moulder, is designed to form bread and pastry products of various weights (50g to 1200g) and dimensions, with distinct rolling systems, thanks to its rolling system in 3 rollers and adjustable rounding.
It allows the production of several products, such as baguette, mini baguette, loaf of bread, hot-dog bread, among others.
The stainless steel structure, the working speed and simplified exchange of the transport belts system are some of the most valued features in this equipment.
