The meeting of shareholders of the company Ferneto S.A. was held on the 31st of March, 2015, at the Vagos Business Park (Núcleo Empresarial de Vagos – NEVA) facilities.
The meeting, chaired by Dr. Rui Neto, began with a presentation by the board of directors summarising the main factors that contributed to the company’s current position:
- growth in turnover, with emphasis on the Portuguese market,
- increased financial autonomy,
- improvements to the company’s efficiency,
Indicators that, as a whole and with regard to Ferneto’s income allow positive results that bolster shareholder confidence to be achieved.
In the words of the current president, Dr. António Neto, the guidelines remain the same: cooperate and innovate to generate added value for all participants.
Participation in Portuguese and international fairs, investment in management systems, strengthening workforces and the promotion of social initiatives, alongside ongoing innovation, are and will continue to be Ferneto’s commitments.
