The AXR lifting mixer has the same operating functionalities as the ABx, plus the R series principles.
“Tougher” doughs, with hydration levels of between 45 and 100% water; flour with low, medium and high gluten content, operating times of up to 16 hours per day, with construction designed for unloading products by elevating the bowl, the AxR is a powerful lifting mixer.
Available in 2different heights: 1400 and 1800 mm, with flour capacities of 80, 100 and 150Kg of flour, the AxR is also available in standard and stainless steel versions.
