From the 19th to the 23rd of January, the SIRHA trade fair took place in Lyon, one of Europe’s leading fairs in the hospitality and bakery sectors.
SIRHA was formed in a five-day immersive experience, in which bakers, pastry chefs, consultants, entrepreneurs, investors, distributors and manufacturers came together to reinvent a new world order of gastronomy, in an event that brought together around 4,700 exhibitors and more than 200,000 professionals.
Ecological processes, sustainability and craftsmanship were the key ideas highlighted at the fair, which translate into the search for equipment solutions with high levels of energy optimization, profitability, and flexibility for professionals.
For us, Ferneto, who participated for the first time as an exhibitor at the SIRHA-Lyon fair, a positive realization occurred which highlighted our added value in terms of equipment, services provided and the work developed in partnership as alternatives for the market.
