The 27th, 28th of September and 1st of October were days of learning in the provinces of Salamanca and Burgos (Autonomous Community of Castile and León, Spain), respectively.
“Metidos en Harina” and “de tal Harina tal Pan” were 2 extraordinary events, in two different provinces but with similar purposes: sharing knowledge for the development of the bakery sector, with the support of prestigious instructors.
Organized by Harinera Riojana, at Ferneto España‘s facilities, Manuel Flecha shared local knowledge and flavours, under the motto “Metidos en Harina“, with the preparation of breads through cooling process.
In Burgos, Harinera Arandina promoted the training course “de tal harina tal pan”, under the technical coordination of Jesus Calaveras (Crustpan), with the speakers Toñín Perez and Manuel Flecha, where Eduardo Villar, president of CEOPPAN (Confederación Española de Panaderia, Pastelería, Bollería y Afines) was also present.
