In this context, of convergence between French savoir-faire and food creativity, Europain in Paris has emerged as an important trade fair in France.
Its latest edition was held last January, with 534 exhibitors from 25 countries and 32,000 visitors.
Based on our strategy of consolidating the Ferneto brand and getting closer to the French market, we decided to attend this event, taking “part of our house” to the French capital.
Between the 21st and 24th of January, Portes de Versailles became a meeting point between the French business community and our team, who had the opportunity to talk about some of our innovations with emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability – vital for the bakery sector.
- Spiral Mixers with new IOT (internet of things) touch controls – better data management and manufacturing efficiency;
- Automatic Dough Sheeter – greater profitability of working times through the execution of automatic laminating programmes;
- Semi-automatic and Automatic Dividers and Rounders – increased dough capacity, covering a wide cutting and winding range: 15 to 300g per unit.
