Ferneto was present at the Südback 2024 fair, one of the most important events for the German bakery and confectionery industry, held in Stuttgart, organized in collaboration with Bäckerinnungsverband Südwest, Landesinnungsverband des Konditorenhandwerks Baden-Württemberg and Bäko.
From October the 26th to the 29th, the 60,000 m2 Messe Stuttgart trade fair brought together 560 exhibitors from various areas of interest: ingredients, raw materials, equipment, components, software and numerous solutions and services for the industry of bread, pastry and snacks.
In this 30th edition of Südback, the organization’s focus was the development of the craft and artisanal segment, with live demonstrations, workshops and forums that attracted more than 30,000 professional visitors.
Framed within the promotion strategy of Ferneto brand in the German and Northern European markets, where we have consolidated our position in the artisanal and industrial segments, the presence in the Südback fair is particularly important, as it provides direct contact with eh professionals of the sector, to better understand their needs, demands and challenges.
Among the different equipment solutions that we present at our stand, we highlight:
- Industrial Planetary Mixer – BFI, which got great interest, not only because of its 180-liter capacity, but also due to its possibility of washing (IPx5);
- Automatic Dough Sheeter – LMI, with intelligent consumption management and easy programming of work systems, ensuring uniformity and production consistency;
- Automatic Divider Rounder – DAA, recognized for its greater capacity for dividing and forming dough of up to 4 kg, as well as its productive versatility due to its various removable presses;
- Spiral mixers – equipped with IoT touchscreen and remote connectivity, which allows analysis of data of consumption and production in real time.
