As a result of a project started several months ago, we present the new Ferneto planetary cooker.
The planetary cooker is a piece of equipment aimed at the confectionery, pastry and savoury industry, namely for the production of custard, rissoles, choux pastry, among other products that require cooking.
This new industrial equipment presents a new solution, developed to promote ergonomics, operational ease and the reduction of physical effort that the food industry has been demanding.
Below we highlight some of its key points:
- Structure built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel;
- Structure built with a system for easy cleaning;
- Ergonomic system for introducing ingredients and removing tools, through a hydraulic system for lifting and lowering the planetary head;
- Planetarium with IPx5 protection;
- Bowl heating and cooling;
- Possibility of using several tools: whisk, flat beater and hook;
- 250 liters of capacity.
