On the 21st and 22nd of October, another specialty day was held, organized by Ferneto Spain, in the autonomous community of Castile and León, this time in Ávila.
Based on a strategy of proximity and follow-up to the bakery market, this event is part of a series of demonstrations that the company has carried out during the year 2022, always oriented towards the practical component.
Against a unique background landscape, the Wall of Ávila, the only Christian military building in Europe that has been preserved exactly as it was built and which is today a World Heritage Site, the days took place at the Ávila Congress Centre, right in the center of City.
Orchestrated by the illustrious baker Manuel Flecha, with the support of Ernesto Fernandes and João Pessoa, this training session was attended by around 30 professionals from our sector, and the main purpose was achieved: to intensively explore the concepts of sour dough and pre-fermented dough, with the use of Ferneto equipment and its benefits.
In the end, a lot of flour, sour dough, kneading and rising, as well as a lot of shared knowledge, were among all those present. To everyone who attended this event, organized by the Ferneto Spain team, thank you very much.
