Automatic bun divider at Tecnipão 2018

With the tagline “made in Portugal”, we were present at yet another Tecnipão fair, in Batalha, between 12 and 15 April, with a stand fully fitted out with “Ferneto Solutions”.

In addition to different series of spiral mixers, mixers and pastry brakes, as well as dough dividers, moulding lines and cutting tables, we placed emphasis on our most recent innovation, presented for the first time: the automatic dough divider (DAA).

This equipment ooze innovation combined with tradition, providing the sort of profitability required by the market, along with the conservation of traditional cottage industry recipes incorporated into Portuguese bakery.
