Looking at things from the perspective of the customer, putting ourselves in their place, understanding their dissatisfactions and acting accordingly, is how we cultivate the trust of our customers.
Focused on seeking permanent actions that can improve our products and services, we implemented an annual appraisal system of our customers’ satisfaction. Through this study we can statistically analyse all data regarding satisfaction: equipment, shipment service and technical support, among others.
