There is an old saying that we entirely share and that truly transmits our way of being: "choose a job you love and you’ll never have to work". Indeed this was, is and will continue to be our choice: to work for bread, work for the class of bakers and confectioners who dedicate their lives towards a more just food and sweeter moments, making bread the most important food for Man.

We work towards an easier access to a food that is essential to life. We work so that the art of bakery and pastry is recognized and can develop without resorting to major physical effort. We work so that the manufacture is a profitable unit, generating skilled employment. We work so that the bread is seen as world heritage. We work with passion!

And when that is so, when we love what we do, the difficulties become challenges, and the goals become new bridges for new challenges.
