Ferneto Dough Brake, a machine conceived to refine dough (mostly with low hydration levels), was recently improved. This development has made it more user-friendly, resulting on greater working safety, and consequently on better working performances.

This equipment is mostly used to produce Portuguese regional products such as "regueifa", "roca", "espanhola", etc.
