The Brazilian Bakery and Confectionery Industry Association (ABIP), and the Minas Gerais Bakery Industry Trade Union and Association (AMIPÃO) organised the European Bakery Seminar on 19 July, at the Dayrell Hotel in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Ferneto Brasil actively participated in this initiative, along with the companies Ramalhos and France Panificação.

With participation totally free of charge, the Seminar featured the presence of the renowned French chef and baker Jacques Paulin, an expert in imported flours, who shared his knowledge with the attentive audience
