LMM

LMM is an industrial solution that brings together a range of production processes in one piece of equipment on a single work line. Designed for the food industry, specifically the patisserie sector, LMM allows rolls of dough to be transformed into final products ready for baking, by means of an automated line comprising several work stations.

Built from modules (measuring 2m x 2m, and 4 or 5 product lines), Ferneto’s pie and tart lines are bespoke developments for each customer. As a result, they are fitted out based on the work operations needed to manufacture the products.

  • High production rate: up to 6500 units / hour
  • Production standardisation guarantee;
  • Adaptation to production requirements: several operating speeds; activation or deactivation of stations;
  • Easy to clean and maintain: structures made in AISI 304 and IPx5 or USPHS stainless steel.
