The efficiency and consistency required in the manufacture of pastry products demand a higher accuracy in the preparation of products cooked in moulds/ tins, such as custard tarts, pies and other products.
Divide the rolls of dough manually with the use of utensils like knives is a time consuming, exhausting and, most often, thankless task for its systematization and "lost time".

Understanding this kind of difficulties and expectations, we created a tool to divide the rolls of dough, millimetre to millimetre - the dough roll divider.
The DMR, a small structure built entirely in stainless steel, has a cutting system with steel wire ropes that allows with one movement, cut several pieces of dough simultaneously.
