WHAT IS A DOUGH SHEETER?

The dough sheeter is an industrial equipment conceived to different thicknesses dough lamination, replacing manual labour through a mechanical system. They are composed by:

  • Table with different dimensions and laterally moved conveyor belts, foot or hand controls electrically switched
  • Lamination rollers that regulates the required lamination thickness, switched for foot or hand controls
  • Interconnection of technological process that allows to the operator the control of the lamination process and other labour methods (speeds control, prepared for cutting rollers)


The Ferneto´s dough sheeter is a high precision machine that provides high productive rates.

The range of the Ferneto´s dough sheeter includes 3 different lines, suitable for small and large productive bakery units as well as other food units (catering, hospitality and similar industries).

These equipments are available in standard and stainless steel version.
The main differences are based on: construction structure, raw material and esthetics features.

Featured: The “Festival Bakery” wins in Santarém Promoted by the specialist Paulo Chagas, and with support from Ferneto and Fastfer for assembling the equipment, the Santarém Festival Bakery was open during the 11 days of the event, producing bread from the north to the south of the country, as part of programme coordinated with the municipality days scheduled by the organisers. THINK’IN 2017 focuses on bread Bakery was the central topic of this edition and served as a starting point for the dynamics developed in the T(h)alks Auditorium” and in the “T Tent”... A great initiative. Congratulations to “Cooking with cheese and humour” 2017 ... this event brought together celebrity chefs, actors and comedians in an evening full of laughter, entertainment and delicious tapas, during which cuisine (with bread playing a major role) was a reason for great celebration.
