ACCURATE WATER MEASUREMENTS FOR YOUR RECIPES

 

The water meter is a piece of equipment designed to provide precise quantities of water used for manufacturing bakery and patisserie recipes. It is an important tool that supports professionals in the bakery industry.

Water, just like any other ingredient used to produce a dough, must be properly measured out to ensure that the expected result is not affected.

In most cases, the water meter is found alongside the spiral mixer and can form an integral part of it, by using the mixer's control to meter water.

Water quantity programming, water quantity metering in tenths of a unit, and instantaneous water temperature measurement (in ºC or ºF) are the main features of a water meter. Ferneto's water meter - DAF can operate in 2 modes:

  • automatic: pre-selection of the intended quantity with automatic completion marked by an audio signal once the defined quantity has been reached
  • manual: the water quantity is initiated and finalised manually, being properly metered on the meter's digital control

 

Ferneto's water meter has a water flow of 45 litres per minute and includes a particle filter that can be easily replaced for effective cleaning.
