The cold chamber is an industrial equipment designed for an adequate storage of bakery and pastry products.
The cold chamber has a minimum cooling temperature of 2ºC and is available in various dimensions (taking into account the dimensions of the hearths of the ovens as well as the trays trolleys).
The use of polyurethane for termic insulation is another advantage of CRF. It allows to reduce the existing heat exchange and the maintenance of the temperature (ensuring a good energy economy) of the insulated outer wall, that prevents the condensation and ensures an increased mechanical strength.
