POWERFUL AND ROBUST. AFR SPIRAL MIXER
The AFR is a spiral mixer based on the same principles as the AEF: reliability, functionality, ergonomics and productive quality. It is also able to operate in more intensive working environments, making it suitable for different types of bakery sector industries.
In summary, the AFR has the following defining characteristics:
- “Tougher” doughs, with hydration levels of between 45 and 100% water;
- Flour with low, medium and high gluten content,;
- Operating times of up to 16h per day;
- Flour capacity: 80, 100 and 150 kg;
- Single combined motor that provides more power to the hook and bowl (11 kW).
Available in standard and stainless steel versions, the AFR includes all of the same functionalities as Ferneto spiral mixers: digital, analogue or touchscreen controls, bowls with drain cap, bowl reversal and water meter incorporated. Find out more about the Ferneto AFR.
